Swansea University - How can I get a list of Private Accommodation?

Private Property Accommodation List

The University operates a private sector registration scheme, enabling landlords to register their accommodation for advertising on an annual basis. The landlord will have completed a detailed form giving the facilities, rent payments and the standard of accommodation, and will have supplied a current gas safety certificate for the property. Accreditation and HMO Registration details will have been checked.
