Undergraduate accommodation at Swansea
Accommodation plays a large part in student life - it is important you get it right.
Starting university is an exciting and apprehensive time. We will have you safe, settled and happy in accommodation that best suits you from the start of your student life. Living in residence adds to your student experience:
- Share living space and facilities with your neighbours
- Make lifelong friends
- Meet students from different backgrounds
- Learn to live independently
We have a range of student accommodation and are proud of our quality residences and service. With a range of accommodation to choose from, before you can decide where you want to live, you need to decide what is important to you.
Ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you want to live on or off Campus?
- Are you happy to share a bathroom or do you want your own en suite?
- How much rent can you afford to pay?
- Do you have any special requirements or medical conditions?
- Will you be bringing a car with you?
- Do you want a catering package included in your fees?
Making decisions about the above will help you narrow down your choices.
Tenancy Lengths
40 week: accommodation is for the full academic year and ends one week after the end of term.
