Our Residences

We have a range of student accommodation and are proud of our quality residences and service.  With a range of accommodation to choose from, before you can decide where you want to live, you need to decide what is important to you.

Ask yourself the following questions:

• Do you want to live on or off Campus?
• Are you happy to share a bathroom or do you want your own en suite?
• How much rent can you afford to pay?
• Do you have any special requirements or medical conditions?
• Will you be bringing a car with you?
• Do you want a catering package included in your fees?

Making decisions about the above will help you narrow down your choices.

Tenancy Lengths

40 week: accommodation is for the full academic year and ends one week after the end of term.
47 week: for healthcare students corresponds to course length
51 week: available at selected residences for international and postgraduate students.
