GUIDE:

Room Sizes: - Small, medium & large rooms prices are reflected in the rents.
En-suite: - Indicates bathroom within the study room.
Standard: - Indicates shared bathroom facilities.
Bathroom Ratio: - 1:2 means that the bathroom facilities will be shared between 2 people.
Self-Catered: - Kitchen area with enough facilities to cook for yourself.
Part-Catered: - A Value of £24.50 is added to your catering card for you to spend on meal provisions in the food outlets around campus.
Fuel: This is included in the weekly rent Except SAS Properties). This is for heating, cooking, lighting and general utilities.
Contract Length: This is the minimum time period that a contract may be signed.

36 Week Contracts: Requiring you to completely vacate your room during the Easter Period - (Not available for the 2012/2013 session)
40 Week Contracts: Cover the academic sessions and holidays.
47 Week Contracts: Available for Medics / Nurses
51 Week Contracts: For the Postgraduate Academic Year

Annual Rent: This is the total cost for the year and applies to the minimum contract length shown.
Quiet Area: Between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am noise and playing of loud music is restricted.
Alcohol Free: This is for students who do not wish to live within this environment.
