    Our largest residence site (approximately 1,600 students) boasts a friendly, lively and active social scene and nurtures a bustling student population.

    The Village has self-catered standard rooms with all kitchens equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, kettle and fridge / freezer and plenty of storage. Properties vary, housing between 4 and 10 students with shared bathrooms and kitchens.  Bathroom ratio on average 1:4 but varies between properties. 

    All residents have:

    • 1 - 40 are all 10 bed properties with 3 large rooms
    • 1 - 40 all rooms have (WHB) Wash hand Basins
    • 41 - 77 are all 8 bed properties (except see below)
    • 49, 56 - 59 are 9 bed properties
    • 80-135 are 4 & 6 bed properties
    • 136-233 are all 7 bed properties

    All the properties are Self catered with shared bathroom facilities.
