GO Wales Graduate Academy and Freelancer Academy

Graduate Academy

The Graduate Academy has been established with the aim of providing recent graduates with the skills and support needed to meet the challenge of obtaining graduate employment, making full use of their education and other attributes.

The Graduate Academy  6-week training programme is open to recent graduates who are either currently not employed or who feel under-employed in their current job.

  • A 4-week period of Work Place Experience, arranged to meet your individual needs and interests.
  • Intensive individual support with your personal career planning and job search.Completion of a work-based assignment for assessment leading to a recognised qualification accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).

When and where is the Graduate Academy programme being held?

Programmes are held at various locations in Wales.  For more information and details of how to apply online, please see the Graduate Academy section of the GO Wales website, and also view the Graduate Academy schedule here.
