REGISTRATION FEES Reduced rates are offered to students and those whose payments are received
by the Workshop secretariat before 1 March 1999. The fee rates (including
two-night accommodation) are listed below, and all rates are in UK pounds.
Travelling expenses, extra night of accommodation, meals (other than
those explicitly listed), and additional social events are not covered
by these fees.

ACCOMMODATION University Campus Halls are situated close to the Workshop venue. Guests will certainly start the day in the right frame of mind waking up to breathtaking views of Swansea Bay and surrounding parkland. The Workshop has reserved a number of bedrooms with en-suite facilities, which will be allocated on the first come first served basis. Bed linen, towels and soap are provided. The rates for each extra night including breakfast is £28 per single room. There are also a limited number of twin rooms available in the Campus, and the rate is £47 per room per night (i.e. £19 supplement per room per night). Swansea Marriott (****) is a superbly located modern hotel, overlooking Swansea Bay and the bright, busy marina, within walking distance to the city centre. It offers guests fine restaurant & bar, satellite TV, tea and coffee tray and its own indoor leisure club. Free car parking. The rate for conference delegates is £91 per room per night including breakfast. PAYMENT All payments must be made in Sterling (UK pounds) drawn on a UK bank. Please make your international bankers draft or cheque payable to Deptartment Computer Science, U. W. Swansea UK participants may alternatively request to be invoiced by quoting a purchase order number. Please remember to include your name and reference “VG99” with the payment!
We can accept major credit cards upon special requests. Please indicate this method on your booking form, and give your credit card details to Mrs Jill Edwards directly.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION Substitutions may be made any time before 19 March 1999. A registered delegate who becomes unable to attend may nominate a substitute for the Workshop. Cancellations can only be accepted if the Workshop Secretariat is formally informed before 19 March 1999. A 20% administration and handling charge will be deducted from any fees refunded. Note that this advance programme is open to minor changes. The Programme
Committee reserve the right to make such changes (when necessary) without
notice.
