Sleeping accommodation is divided between two main areas. It consists of a total of approximately 1700 rooms, as follows:

All of the residences are situated in a close knit cluster no more than 250 metres from Fulton House, where all meals for campus residents are served. The bedrooms that do not have ensuite facilities have an excellent ratio of rooms to shower/WC rooms, on average 5:2.

The 4* accommodation is arranged in four blocks and in apartments of eight bedrooms, all of which have opened since 2004.  The upper floors of the newest eleven storey block have spectacular views across Swansea Bay and the Bristol Channel. 

Hendrefoelan self catering apartments:

These are situated two miles to the north west of the campus. Over the summer the University lets the self catering apartments and houses that accommodate ranging in size from 4 - 11 bedrooms, to educational groups and large social groups of c200 plus on a weekly basis. In order that residents fully appreciate the pleasant location in a well wooded valley, bookings are restricted to approximately 500 of the 1700 bedrooms.

Within 15 minutes drive of the campus are many hotels and guest houses ranging from top quality chain hotels to family run guest houses and from stylish ‘boutique’ hotels to popular travel lodges.
