Swansea’s campus catering and the University’s in-house catering team, offer a quality service for all vacation events.

For conferences there is a choice of a full cooked or continental breakfast, a high quality refreshment package, a tasty light buffet lunch and the choice of our conference buffet dinner or a full banquet which can include a drinks reception, wines with dinner, a private late bar and entertainment.

For field courses campus catering provides a full cooked or continental breakfast, a packed or self-service lunch and a self-service dinner comprising 2 courses and a drink with a salad and fresh fruit choice always available.

Our group events normally choose between the conference and field course options.
Campus catering is pleased to always offer a vegetarian choice and can provide a wide range of special diet options.
The Students' Union looks after JC's Bar, the public bar open to all residents each evening. It is located adjacent to the Refectory and is a great place in which to relax. It has a wide range of drinks and has pool tables, table football and video games.
Conference Services is pleased to advise on unusual venues for a special dinner off-campus varying from the formality of the Brangwyn Hall to the fascinating Dylan Thomas Centre, the new Liberty Stadium to the classical Margam Orangery and from the new National Waterfront Museum, a really distinctive choice, to a rural or seaside setting on the Gower Peninsula.
If delegates just fancy making their own arrangements for an evening out there is plenty of choice in Wind Street, the cafe and bar quarter in the centre of Swansea, the Asian restaurants of St. Helen's Road and the wide variety in Mumbles, a great centre for leisure and relaxation to the west of the campus. The City's food and drink guide can help you choose.
