Swansea University is pleased to offer a special day meeting package, priced per delegate. 

This can be used for meetings for 20 - 380 delegates.  The University has many meeting rooms for use during vacations and a few during term when most are used for our busy lecture programme.  For large events, Monday to Friday in term time that may not be able to be hosted on campus Conference Services has developed a link with Sketty Hall, a non residential conference centre in a converted Georgian mansion , just a short walk across Singleton Park.

The University's day delegate package includes:  

• Mid-morning refreshments 
• Light buffet lunch served with coffee/tea/jugs of water
• Afternoon refreshments
• Main meeting room between 09.00 and 17.00, arranged to your preferred style and with data, video and audio projection  
• Data and overhead projector and screen
• White or blackboard
• PA in lecture theatres seating over 150
• Flip chart and pens
• Mineral water for speakers table

Refreshments comprise:
Tea, coffee, water, fruit and a pastry or bakery item
A typical buffet lunch would comprise:
Assorted selection of filled breads, chicken sate, potato wedges with dips, cheese & onion goujons, jalapeno peppers with cream cheese, crisps, fresh fruit, coffee cake, coffee/tea and water

More facilities:

Additional meeting rooms seating from 10 to 160 can be reserved per four hour session.  There are approximately 100 class/lecture rooms on campus.  Many can be arranged in a variety of styles, theatre, classroom, cabaret, U-shaped and boardroom to suit most needs. The audio visual equipment in each room is comprehensive.  In most cases no additional equipment is needed except for the occasional web connection. If you need to link up with speakers from afar video conferencing can be arranged in one of our professionally run suites.

During term time the University has two meeting rooms seating 50 theatre style, a top quality boardroom for 30 and three rooms in the Digital Technium one seating 30 and two 20.  Most of these rooms can be laid out in different styles.  During vacations the University can host meeting from a boardroom layout for 10 up to 380, the capacity of the Taliesin Theatre one of Wales’ prestige performance and conference venues.

For day meetings there is plenty of parking for delegates travelling by car in either the Rec car park to the east of the campus or the Pub on the Pond car park to the west.

Evening meetings for societies and associations find the University to be a popular location with plenty of free parking space on campus
