PC Rooms

There are several pc rooms around the campus with seating ranging from six to 48 pcs including a demonstrator's pc at the front with data projection. The pcs, all with access to the web, can be operated individually or be controlled by the demonstrator.  There are limitations on software that can be used and normally the rooms can only be used by residential events.

Exhibitions

There are several large flat floored areas within the campus that can be used for exhibitions and poster sessions. They include:

Taliesin Annexe, 300 square metres with telephone points and excellent power and data supply.  It is conveniently situated only 20 metres from the Taliesin Theatre.

Taliesin Theatre foyer which has space for approximately 10 small stands.

Café West, in Fulton House, measures 195 square metres.  Some space may be available in the adjacent Refectory, subject to catering needs.

For major exhibitions we are pleased to offer the green in front of Fulton House (measuring 1750 square metres) and right at the centre of the campus for the erection of a marquee with power and water supply on hand.

The Dining Rooms A, B and C in Fulton House each measure approximately 250 square metres and have plenty of 13 amp power sockets and a wireless network.

Local Partners

The University has formed a partnership with Sketty Hall  to provide year round meeting space of very high quality for up to 90 and banquetting for up to 100.  Sketty Hall is located just a short walk through Singleton Park from the campus.  For larger events Conference Services has close connections with other city venues that compliment the campus services. They include:

-  Brangwyn Hall, part of the City's Guildhall that seats just over 1000

-  Liberty Stadium, home of Swansea City FC and the Ospreys RFC, with typical stadium function suites seating up to 660

-  Dylan Thomas Centre has nine rooms seating up to 200

- Swansea Marriott has a variety of sized rooms seating up to 250
