Aled Davies, Director – responsible for leading and managing all of the Centre’s activities. Aled provides strategic leadership for the Centre and leads on change and improving the service to Welsh learners in the South-West.

Sian Elizabeth Thomas, Business Manager – responsible for managing administrative aspects of the Centre including work relating to third party contracts. Sian manages the systems for collecting data and reports on data collected and assists with other aspects of the Centres work, including marketing

Steve Morris, Lecturer in Continuing Education – works two days a week for the Centre, leading in the development of the national strategic research on Welsh for Adults and the development of research activities in accordance with the objectives of the strategy in Swansea University
