Nile Bike Ride

In October 2003 four staff of the Taliesin and Egypt Centre plus a supporter took part  in the Nile bike ride challenge. Some of us hadn't cycled for 20 years so to set about on a grueling 400km+ ride was somewhat daunting. The aim was to raise money for the Egypt Centre's out of school hours workshops for children in Swansea and for the Sunshine Home in Luxor.
