To ensure widespread adoption of the various functional genomic technologies that are critical to the success of the project, training courses will be run during the first 36 months of the Integrated Project. These courses will cover:

• Microarray analysis
• Proteome analysis
• Metabolome analysis
• Mutagenesis
• Bioinformatics
