Established in 2001, the College of Medicine aims to be a centre of excellence in world-class research and medical education
The College's principal activities are:
- Biomedical and healthcare research with a strong inter-disciplinary ethos, based at the Institute of Life Science
- Wales's unique four-year Graduate Entry Medicine Programme
- Undergraduate and higher degree programmes, including PhD, MD, MCh and Masters degrees
- St David's Medical Foundation, a registered charity supporting excellence in research and education at the College
