Dr. James W. Maw

Specialist Subjects: Privatisation and Regulation, Transitional Economics, Law and Economics. Research: Much of my recent work has been theoretical work on privatisation in transitional and developing countries, particularly focusing on explaining patterns of partial privatization. Currently I am very interested in issues of limited liability and insurance law reform.
