Research:
My current research focuses on team working and incorporates three inter-related themes:
- Investigating the dynamics of diversity within team and assessing the impact of team diversity on attitudinal and behavioural outcomes.
- Exploring the conceptual and methodological challenges of conducting diversity research.
- Understanding how relational issues play out in teams, especially during the implementation of team working.
