We use MSC approved suppliers and seek full MSC certification by March 2017. We follow TUCO sustainability and environmental guidelines, working closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure we minimise our environmental impact, promote animal welfare and contribute to the local economy and community as much as possible. We work closely with University-based, volunteer-led charity Discovery to find new and innovative ways of working with the local community and to reduce waste by redistributing surplus food. Each year we showcase the very best seasonal and local produce via our annual Welcome to Wales food festival. We have located herb planters on the balcony of Fulton House and provide free drinking water across all food and beverage outlets at both our campuses. And we ensure all our waste is handled in a sustainable manner.
