If you are a new student, pick up your visa/Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)
 

  • Bring your current passport and BRP collection letter entitling you to pick up your BRP card to study at Swansea University.

Register your passport and visa

  • Present your passport and visa/BRP card to confirm you are eligible to study at Swansea University. For full details browse our Right to study guidance
  • Your passport and visa details will be scanned and recorded as required by the UK Visas & Immigration authority. 

Confirm your sponsorship

  • If you are externally sponsored by your employer, trust or embassy, show your confirmation of sponsorship form or a letter from your sponsor with the equivalent details (a paper copy or email is acceptable).
  • If the University is paying towards your fees, make sure your bursary is authorised before you enrol
  • If you are a member of staff, hand in your Staff Bursary or Research Assistant Bursary form

Admissions entry qualifications

  • If Admissions requested you bring proof of your entry qualifications, bring your original certificates, for example, your Bachelor degree certificate.

Online enrolment

  • After registration enrol online to check your personal details and module selection, enter your UK term address & postcode, sign a student declaration and if you are self-funding, pay online by card at least 50% of your tuition fee due.
