What can a country the size of Wales do to respond to the global challenge of climate change? The UK Climate Change Committee and the Climate Change Commission for Wales have both recently produced reports that review our progress in reducing emissions and in adapting to the impacts of climate change. Are we matching up to the scale of the challenge and preparing Wales for a low carbon future? Can we play a role on a global scale
