The top news story on this week's Natural Environment Research Council’s Planet Earth Online site features research into salmon by a team from Swansea University’s College of Science

Researchers from the University of Swansea have discovered that salmon know when their most common predator is around because they can tell that it’s eaten salmon before. Young fish can do this too, even if they've never encountered that particular predator before.
