The above dates are for enrolled students at The College, Swansea University. For prospective students who hold an offer to study with The College, please refer to the relevant pathway level of study for our key deadlines.
It is your own responsibility to check these dates, inform your sponsors, and make the necessary payments before the above deadlines.
Late Payment Fees
Any payments not made by the required due date will incur a late payment penalty of £150.
Appeals for late payment
If you wish to request an extension for payment of fees without late penalty fines:
- Please contact a member of College Services to request an extension appeal form. Extension appeal forms can also be collected from reception.
- All appeals must be received by The College by 5pm Friday of the week prior to the payment deadline.
- The College Senior Management Team will consider all appeals.
- You will receive a response to your appeal (i.e. whether it has been approved or denied) via your Swansea University email.
Please note: Any charges/fines that have been accrued must be paid for by the above payment deadlines.
